This late summertime, or Indian Summer, we bring our attention to self care and movement ease in these hot and humid days. We'll meet for five weeks and finish on the day of autumnal equinox. Keep your body going, and prepare for harvest season. This class is open level, runs 50 minutes, and conducted online. Your instructor Inoshi will guide, observe participants and offer corrections.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine the late summer months are ideal to vitalize the spleen system, which this organ set is meant to do. This 12 part routine may balance the heart energy in the body, assist the digestive tract, reduce fatigue commonly associated with muggy summers, and diminish worry. Time permitting and for variety we may visit some other short movements in our weekly classes.
